Replacement and refund policy for the Men’s Master – Kuwait store:
We are very keen to obtain complete customer satisfaction with the various products we offer them, so the policy replacement and refund are easy with us and according to the following conditions:
1- The customer is obligated to submit a return or replacement request for one of the products purchased from us within 14 working days from the time of purchase.
2- The product that the customer wants to replace, or return must be intact and in its original condition.
3- The customer is obligated to provide us with convincing reasons for his return or replacement request.
4- Our staff will review the customer’s request carefully and our staff will inform the customer of the final decision of their request, whether it is accepted or rejected, through their e-mail registered with us.
Cases in which we can accept a customer’s return or exchange request:
1- If the product that the customer purchased from our store does not match the description mentioned in our store.
2- If the customer receives a product that is different from the product he ordered from our store.
3- If this product contains obvious damage.
Cases in which we cannot accept a customer’s return or exchange request:
1- If the product received by the customer from our store is in good condition and does not have any damage.
2- If the product purchased from us has been damaged or damaged due to misuse or abuse by the customer.
3- If the product purchased from us is not in the same original condition in which the customer received this product from us.
The method of refunding the paid money if we accept the customer’s return request:
After the customer sends a request to return the product purchased from us, and the customer has explained to us convincing and real reasons, and after we accept the customer’s return request, we will, within 15 working days, return the amounts paid by the customer to the same payment method through which the customer paid.
